Losik Engineering Design Group, LTD is a full-service Civil and Municipal Engineering, Land Surveying and Land Planning Firm based in Southeastern Wisconsin . We are in our 37th year of providing professional services to home building firms, private developers, architects, governmental agencies, commercial and industrial developers and private land developers. LEDG was established in 2003 as the successor firm to Michael J. Losik & Associates, Inc (1972-2003).

We currently provide our services to projects in the seven county Southeastern Wisconsin area, and the Fox River Valley and Madison areas. Our projects range in size from low to high density multi-family rental and condominium projects, small to large scale planned neighborhoods of single family residential subdivisions, business and commercial developments, industrial parks and a variety of infill projects and stand alone developments.

Our experience enables our staff to work with our clients through all stages of land development, including: due diligence and feasibility; planning and marketing concepts; density studies; developing preliminary and final plans and plats including cost estimates, for residential, commercial and industrial uses; planned unit developments; zoning amendments; environmental assessments; conditional use permits; variances; and annexation petitions.

In the development of land, our clients know they can count on our team of professionals to not only meet but exceed their expectations in design, scheduling and budget. We find great satisfaction in being able to provide our clients with the most aesthetically pleasing, yet cost-effective designs. Maximizing the value of our client's real estate investment is one of our key objectives.
